PV_BinScramble

A phase vocoder UGen that randomizes the order of the bins. The trigger will select a new random ordering.

chain: the FFT'ed buffer
wipe: the amount of bins scrambled, from 0 (none) to 1 (all bins scrambled).
width: a value from zero to one, indicating the maximum randomized distance of a bin from its original location in the spectrum.
trig: causes a new random bin re-ordering to be made. a trigger occurs when passing from non-positive to positive value.
